We offer a full 2D and 3D CNC cutting service, using both 3 and 5 axis CNC routers. With 4 CNC machines we have capacity to take on projects of all sizes. We have also recently opened up our 3D printing service to offer you a range of processes to suit your next project.

Our CNC Services
We stay at the forefront of manufacturing processes to offer you the highest quality of production. From advanced 5 and 3 axis CNC milling machines to industrial 3D printers.
5 Axis CNC routing
Machining on 5-axis, with a bed volume of 2400mm x 1220mm x 1220mm, enables us to cut very large parts with multi-axis complexity to high precision.
3 Axis CNC routing
With three 3-axis CNC machines we can complete large jobs within a tight deadline. Our largest 3-axis machine has a bed size of 3m x 2m while another has a clearance height of 300mm.
3D Printing
3D printing enables you to quickly produce parts with minimal upfront cost compared to other manufacturing processes. We have five FDM 3D printers, both small and large format, with the largest print volume being 600mm x 400mm x 600mm. We can produce parts in a variety materials such as: PLA, ABS, Wax for investment casting. This service suits small detailed parts and can compliment architectural models, prototyping and mould making.
General wood machining
We have all the standard workshop machinery here to get your parts ready. Whether it’s simply preparing solid timber on our large format surface planer thicknesser before CNC machining or cutting sheet material to size on our panel saw.
Laminating
With a 3m x 2m hydraulic press we have the ability to laminate full sheets of bespoke material for your project to increase thickness or add a surface finish. This can be a great way to add some colour or texture to your projects with the introduction of HPL (High pressure laminates), Lino, veneer or solid surface. Just to name a few.
